I Killed the Prom Queen
I Killed the Prom Queen is an Australian <a href="http://www.last.fm/tag/metalcore" class="bbcode_tag" rel="tag">metalcore</a> band which formed in 2000 in Adelaide, South Australia with mainstays JJ Peters on drums and Jona Weinhofen on guitar. The band featured prominently on the Australian live music scene and toured the USA, Japan and parts of Europe several times. They issued two studio albums, When Goodbye Means Forever... (2003) and Music for the Recently Deceased (2006) – the latter reached the top 30 on the ARIA Albums Chart.

Darkest Hour
Darkest Hour is a melodic death metal/metalcore band currently signed to E1 Music. The band is officially based in Washington, DC, but several of the members live in Richmond, Virginia. Their sound is akin to classic European metal acts such as At the Gates and In Flames, but it is noted for the incorporation of elements of punk and hardcore music. Over the years they have toured with many influential acts, including The Crown, ZAO, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Thrice, and Soilwork. They also played 2004's Ozzfest.

Antagonist is back with a new album and new name: Antagonist A.D. ElevenfiftySeven is proud to be releasing the new full length album We Are The Dead on the 6th of October in both New Zealand and Australia via Melbourne label Trial & Error. Antagonist A.D formed in late 2004 but after trading members & gaining direction a new redux saw the light in 2005. 2005 was a dark year for New Zealand hardcore with prominent bands breaking up, crucial venues being lost & key promoters bowing out. Feed Her To The Sharks are a metalcore band based in Melbourne, Australia.
They released their debut album in early 2010 called "The Beauty of Falling".
They are said to be one of the most underated metal acts in the new generation of metalcore bands. Their massive breakdowns, tech riffs and powering vocals are making them one of Australia's biggest metalcore acts today.

1. BETWEEN THE WARS (Melbourne, AUS) - Active 2009-present. Celtic folk punk band.
