Steeped in the heartache and boredom that can come with being heartbroken and bored Jonny Telafone's music does not fall easily into any sub-genre or scene. It's all pop music...Hit after hit

Originated in Melbourne, Australia, art rock project HTRK -- pronounced "Hate Rock" (also known before as Hate Rock Trio) -- began performing in 2003. After their former group disbanded, bassist Sean Stewart and guitarist Nigel Yang recruited vocalist Jonnine Standish with aims to create a project inspired by Lynchian imagery, using very slow mechanical repetition (courtesy of an 808 drum machine and Jonnine playing percussion), simple groove-laden basslines, and highly textured guitar noise.

A fox wanders into a grey forest, the grey forest inspires in the fox heart the polychameleon elements of its fox circulatory system, lighting fires of forest greens through its fox fur. This causes splinters of fox colour to shoot like arrows from the tips of the fox fur printing the surrounding forest in fox colours. Mini and big fox alike become lost in the fox foliage. The whole grey forest is as though it is wearing a fox fur coat.
Morten J. Olsen - drums & SuperCollider3
Anders Hana - guitar & keyboard. MoHa! play somewhat loud music influenced by incredibly varied sources. Some say the duo deal in sonic splatter, in a brew of improvisation, noise, computer music and probably some more. Others say it is reminiscent of the conversation your mate has at you on the weekend in a club when he’s had too much to drink and is telling you how great everything is at 100mph. Only instead of your mate it is actually R2D2, which leads you to believe maybe that someone did put something in your drink.
Dum Dum Girls are a noise pop band which formed in 2008 in Los Angeles, Califonia, United States. The band consists of Dee-Dee (vocals, guitar), Jules (guitar, vocals), Bambi (bass, vocals) and Sandy (drums). Deerhoof is an American independent music group formed in San Francisco in 1994. While it began as an improvisational bass/harmonica solo project of Rob Fisk (subsequently in 7 Year Rabbit Cycle, Common Eider, King Eider), it currently consists of founding drummer Greg Saunier, bassist and singer Satomi Matsuzaki, and guitarists John Dieterich and Ed Rodriguez. Initially performing improvised noise punk, Deerhoof became widely renowned and influential in the 2000s through self-produced creative output combining "noise, sugary [pop] melodies, and an experimental spirit into utterly distinctive music". They have released a dozen or more studio albums since 1997; their album "Mountain Moves" was released in September 2017.
Pitchfork labeled Deerhoof as "the best band in the world.†The New York Times described them as “one of the most original rock bands to have come along in the last decade.†From their humble beginnings as an obscure San Francisco noise act, they've become one of indie music's most influential bands with their ecstatic and unruly take on pop.
