Paul Oakenfold

Paul Oakenfold (born August 30, 1963 in Greenhithe, Kent, England) is a world famous DJ and producer, whose works have helped define the mainstream of trance & elecronica. Not only does Paul Oakenfold produce records, but he also mixes them. In 1987 he spent several months in Ibiza with a few friends and fell in love with dance club music. Oakenfold produced "Happy Mondays' Pills 'n' Thrills and Bellyaches" before producing for U2, Massive Attack, Simply Red and New Order (to name a few).

James Holden

James Holden is far from your average DJ-producer. The wunderkind James Holden has finally come of age, and has delivered up the debut album to prove it: and at 28, about time too! For although the world seems strangely intent on fixing him in his early twenties (or more specifically, a series of internet sites who have seemingly overlooked the fact that biography ages require a yearly update!), the time has come to acknowledge that DJ and producer James Holden is not quite so young anymore.

Jacques Lu Cont

Jacques Lu Cont, born as Stuart Price on Sept. 7 1977, is the same gentleman who brings you Madonna's tour this year (2006), as he is her manager. Reportedly, he has said that the Human League's album 'Dare' inspired his sound the most, as evidenced by the video "Hey You What's That Sound," which looks amazingly like Madonna's "Hung Up." Hmm. He also laid down some sexy beats to her Confessions album...

Vitalic

Vitalic (born as Pascal Arbez in 1976) is an electronic music artist. He was born in France and is of Italian descent. His first singles were released in 1996 and 1997, but were confined to the underground electronic music scene. He decided to make music when he heard Daft Punk's Rollin' & Scratchin' in a club in his hometown Dijon. He became good friends with Michel Amato, also known as The Hacker, whom he met in the Rex, the "techno temple" of Laurent Garnier. The Hacker suggested he send his new tracks to DJ Hell, head of Gigolo records in Munich.

Lee Burridge

Lee Burridge is an internationally known house and breakbeat DJ. He is from the UK but lived and worked in Hong Kong and occasionally Thailand during the 1990s. Returning to London, he gained fame and popularity. In 2001, he released the DJ mix Nubreed 005 for the Global Underground Nubreed series. In 2001 he also released the Tyrant 1&2 compilations with Craig Richards on Fabric records, London. In 2003, he released the second mix for the Global Underground series 24:7, and in 2005 he joined with Sander Kleinenberg to release This is Everybody! On Tour.

Generation Gap

Generation Gap(1995 -1996) was the old band of Alex Band(it was his second band) and Aaron Kamin(both from The Calling) when they began playing together. The band consisted of Alex Band(15), Aaron Kamin(19), a 58 year old drummer and a 40 year old bassguitarist. The huge difference in ages obviously was the reason for the bandname.
When Alex Band and Aaron Kamin got a record deal with RCA Records, the band split up. The Demo Cd consisted of 5 tracks;
1. Stigmatized
2. Stolen Youth
3. Sunday

David Guetta

David Guetta (born November 7th, 1967 in Paris) is a French DJ. He was the pioneer of French house with "Up & Away," a garage-style track with vocals by Robert Owens released in 1994 – really made a name for himself in the mid-90s as one of the key catalysts of Parisian nightlife by promoting evenings at such renowned Paris hot spots as Folies Pigalle, Queen, Bataclan, Palace and Les Bains, where he invited DJ legends like Little Louie Vega, David Morales, DJ Pierre and Roger Sanchez to join him on the turntables. In 2001, however, he went back to his first love: making music.
