Jacques Renault

Producer and DJ, Jacques Renault, was a post-punk Washington D.C. native who moved to Chicago in 1997 to continue his studies of viola, but in turn got an education in dance music. Tapping into the well established Drum n' Bass scene, he held a residency at Smart Bar and became a buyer at the legendary Gramaphone Records. This broad, raw exposure to House lead him straight back to the classics of Disco and to it's heart, New York City, where he landed in 2002.

Breakbot

Breakbot aka Thibaut Berland is a French producer and DJ born in 1981. After studying at the School of Graphic Supinfocom, he made short films (with Oury Atlan and Damien Ferrié called Overtime), advertisings and videos (David Hallyday - Satellite, Peter von Poehl - The Story of the Impossible). He is also a CG artist with credits including Arthur and the Invisibles.
In may 2009 he was signed by Ed Banger Records. His Discography looks something like this :

The Revenge

The Revenge is part of the Five20East squad. Productions include re-edits, house, hip-hop and techno. He has worked with several other producers over the years including Sub Club's Harri, who he records under the Mothership Inc moniker with. Other productions include work for 6th Borough Project, OOFT Music, Deportivo Street Team, Cronk Family Enterprises and more.

Mirage

There are at least 13 bands named Mirage. 1) Mirage released numerous cover version megamixes of current pop hits during the eighties. Many of them were produced by Nigel Wright, sometimes together with Nigel Stock, John Davies & Robin Sellars. Mirage also had three vocalists that posed on the record-covers: Kiki Billy, Nicos Griffiths & Carlos Griffiths. 2) A cult hungarian new/darkwave band from the '80s.

Chic

Chic (pron. IPA: /ˈʃiːk/, sometimes fully capitalized as CHIC) is an american disco and funk band that was formed in 1976 by guitarist Nile Rodgers and bassist Bernard Edwards. It is best-known for its commercially successful disco songs, including "Dance, Dance, Dance (Yowsah, Yowsah, Yowsah)" (1977), "Everybody Dance" (1977), "Le Freak" (1978), "I Want Your Love" (1978), "Good Times" (1979), and "My Forbidden Lover" (1979).

Hercules and Love Affair

Hercules and Love Affair is a musical project from New York formed in 2007 by DJ Andy Butler. From 2007 through 2010, members included Nomi Ruiz, Kim Ann Foxman and guest singer Antony Hegarty from the band Antony and the Johnsons. They are signed to DFA Records. Their single "Blind" was released on March 3rd, 2008, and their debut self-titled album (produced by Butler and Tim Goldsworthy) was released on March 10th, 2008. The album has been critically well-received and charted in the top 40 in several countries.

Real Thing

The Real Thing, a Liverpool based vocal group, had its origins in the Merseybeat boom of the 1960s. Lead Singer Eddie Amoo was a former band member of The Chants, whose beat singles gathered considerable critical acclaim, although they failed to chart. After continuing to record for various record labels, the band name was eventually dropped. Original members of the group who appeared on opportunity knocks were, Chris Amoo, Kenny Davis (deceased) Dave Smith, Eddie Ankrah, and Ray Lake(deceased) Re-labelled as The Real Thing...

Luke Million

Luke Million is the synth wizard from Australia's premier disco act The Swiss. In between touring and studio sessions with The Swiss, writing music for television and film and giving classical piano recitals; Luke has found time to whip up some disco delights in the form of a solo project. In 2010, Luke via Australian label Future Classic brought us his debut EP Italo Journey / Octobussy, which was a synthesizer odyssey paying homage to his influences.

We Are Fans

We Are Fans is an electro/disco/funk project from Melbourne, Australia. This is also known as Harris Robotis's side project working with vocalist NY Fan. The band made their festival debut at The Hot BBQ in the summer of 09/10 with singer Maxi and drummer Ric. Their debut EP 'Inferno' was released on the 26th of August 2010.

Greg Wilson

Greg Wilson is an honorary Manc born in Liverpool who is generally acknowledged as the godfather of the early eighties Manc electro scene. He is one of the first British DJ's to have used three turntables. Remembered for his nights at Legend and the Hacienda.
