Aeroplane

There are several artists known as Aeroplane: 1) Electronic duo from Belgium 2) French rock band : http://www.myspace.com/aeroplanesmpa 3) Indie rock from UK : http://www.myspace.com/aeroplanerock
1) Today’s electronic dance culture is due for a melodic transcendence from the shadowy, industrial electro that has been hammering away at the scene. As dance floors begin to buckle under such weighty beats, the Belgium-based band aptly named Aeroplane is dedicated to elevating its fans toward a higher musical space undefined by standardized genres.

Before Dawn

Before Dawn is a “Super hot DIY Duo who makes sexy, nerdy, dance music with heavy beats, epic rock guitars, and experimental pop aesthetics. Austin, TX’s bravest buzz band!” – INsite Magazine It is no surprise to find out that this duo majored in theater, and in fact that is where Rob and Kate met. Before Dawn bridges the gaps between synth-laden electro pop, post punk/alt. rock and club music. Their stage show is 100% Rock and Roll fun...

What they share is the simultaneous discovery of the italian cosmic scene from the late 70's early 80's. Both were hooked after hearing some of the mixed tapes in the early 80's, which had this hypnotic blend of electro-disco-afro-rock-funk-dub.

Rubix’s sets contain everything from Nu Disco to Fidget, and from Baltimore to Electro. His wide range of influences include A-trak, Diplo, Laidback Luke, DJ Sneak, Phoenix, Boys Noize, Armand van Helden and M.I.A.
