Neophyte

Neophyte is an influential and well-known hardcore, or gabber, group formed in 1992 in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The four original members, Jeroen Streunding (DJ Neophyte), Danny Greten, Jarno Butter and Robin van Roon, were signed to DJ Paul Elstak's Rotterdam Records. Robin later left Neophyte. Neophyte recently released a compilation album dedicated to their 13 years of existence titled '13 Jaar Terreur' In April 2006 they released a new album, called 'Rech Toe Rech Taan'.

Art of Fighters

Art of Fighters started out in Brescia (Italy) in 1997, from the idea of 3 guys: Cristian Nardelli, Matteo Pitossi and Luca Lorini. Thanks to FastTracker, 3 years of try-outs, tons of rejected tracks and the big help of the Stunned Guys, the first record The Beat Can't Change came to life in the year 2000. In 2001 their second E.P. Artwork appeared in the stores, definately putting them on the map of hardcore. Their tracks appeared on many compilations and their fame began to expand.

Endymion

1. Endymion, three hardcore artists from the Netherlands, are rated among the most popular producers, live-acts and DJ-teams in the world. The outfit was founded in 1997 and the combined talents of the three members quickly resulted in their first release on Supreme Intelligence Records in 1998. This jump-started their career, and in addition to a string of successful releases on Supreme Intelligence and its successor Gangsta Audiovisuals, Endymion has also recorded for such top international hardcore labels as D-Boy, The Third Movement, Babyboom and Neophyte Records.

DJ Isaac

Roel "DJ Isaac" Schutrups was born in Winschoten in the northern part of Holland on June 8th 1974. He started his music career as a remixer for Dutch radio stations with an oldschool tape recorder and a small Casio sampler. Through the years he bought new and better equipment and started to develop his own unique style of production which resulted in his first record called "Bad Dreams" which was released in 1995 and became a huge Dutch hardcore techno hit. DJ Isaac started deejaying as well and became one of the pioneers of Dutch hardcore techno.

Lockjaw

There is more than one Lockjaw: 1) Lockjaw was formed in Portland, Oregon around 1980 by Del Murry (guitar), Tony Arcudi (vocals), Eric Couch (bass), and Rob Parker (drums)... the band played clubs like The Met, 13th Precinct, and the Satyricon in the early days. By 1984 drummer Rob Parker was replaced with Jeremy J., and guitarist Garrett Garitano was added to the lineup. By that time Lockjaw was labeled "Portland's most hated band."

Promo

Sebastian Hoff a.k.a. Promo was born on the 12th of April 1976, and started mixing soon after ;).
When he was 19 years old, he already had a hit on the compilation album Thunderdome IX - The Revenge Of The Mummy, his alias being Section-8 (together with The Prophet). A second hit was a remix of the song "Don't Speak" by No Doubt, but he mainly produced this track to bully his brother who played in a rockband.

When DaY-már was 14 years old, she started listening to a lot of music. She liked lots of different styles, but especially dance-music, the styles that had a hard bass. When she turned 16 she also started visiting a lot of party's and she enjoyed watching the DJ's while they were spinning their records very much. DaY-már never could have guessed that she would be doing the same thing some years later…

Tha Playah

Tha Playah, born as Jim Hermsen in 1982, has developed his own particular style from the very beginning. Few artists had a start that can be compared to the storm this man unleashed in 2002. With enormous hits on the very popular Neophyte label he has proven himself record after record. Being one of the few artists ever to be contracted from the very start of his career to a label as prestigious as Neophyte Records, this dj made it very clear he deserved that chance.
