Ignivomous

Ignivomous is a death metal band from Melbourne, Australia. Formed in 2006, the band quickly issued a cassette version of the demo "Path of Attrition", which quickly sold out. This led to them signing with cult US label Nuclear War Now! and re-issuing the demo on 12" vinyl with a bonus track (a cover of ancient Australian band Necrotomy). 2008 saw the release of the "Eroded void of salvation" 7", followed up by gigs throughout Australia.

Lime Cordiale

Oliver and Louis Leimbach started playing music together as brothers later in life, when they could stay put in the same room without giving each other dead-arms. Thanks to a nagging mother, they didn’t give up their classical instruments and brought them into the band. Brendan Champion on trombone and James Django Jennings on drums make up the rest of Lime Cordiale. With influences ranging from French pop to parental arguments, from Indian Raga music to midnight snacks, Lime Cordiale is the new Quirk Pop. Read more on Last.fm. machinoir

machinoir is a solo noisegrind project from the Blue Mountains, Sydney, Australia. The works of Dillon Ashcroft and collaborators combine elements of modern black metal with harsher grind and noise elements to create chaotic and dense songs.
Forgoing bass guitar and live drumming, songs utilize programmed drums without falling into the sterile one-tempo four-four sound of other bands.
The band has been likened to Genghis Tron, The Locust, Pig Destroyer and Discordance Axis, however there is a more lo-fi approach reminiscent of Mechagodzilla and Xrin Arms.
