Through a seven year history, Clagg have endured enormous challenges to emerge as one of Australia's leading doom and sludge bands. Building their sound upon a foundry of monstrous guitar riffs, a bludgeoning rhythm section and demonic vocals, Clagg have been persistent in spreading their evil word amid many setbacks. Following multiple line-up changes, Clagg are now at their most cohesive and crushing.

There are 2 bands with the name Catacombs: 1. Formed in 2000 by Xathagorra Mlandroth and released only one full album in 2006 - "In the Depths of R'lyeh". Catacombs comes from USA and plays very slow funeral doom metal. Xathagorra Mlandroth plays on all the instruments as well as vocals. There are several artists with the name Elder: 1) Elder is 3 piece stoner doom band from Boston. High on Fire is a stoner metal band originally formed from the remnants of the legendary stoner band Sleep. Matt Pike, from Sleep, sings and plays guitar in High on Fire and founded the band with George Rice (bass) and Des Kensel (drums). High on Fire's sound is extremely heavy, drawing influences from the aforementioned Sleep, Motörhead, and even hardcore punk. The Oakland, California band formed in 1998 and released 'The Art of Self Defense' on Man's Ruin Records, in March 2000.
Archaic was formed by 3 ex-members of Braindeath (2001-2004, Hungary) in 2004, setting a new path in musical experience - mainly thrash coloured with many kinds of other influences - but still based on the old style of the group. Among a couple of concerts, the band had its second blitzkrieg in Kiev (Ukraine) the same year, but for the first time under the name Archaic. The members have decided to record the first album and started prepare for the big event.
