Hopsin

It would probably be easier if we told you what Hopsin doesn’t do, but Hop is an MC, producer, director, actor, and editor. And his journey has been anything but painless. Like many kids, Hopsin wanted to be “cool”. But as hard as he tried, he never graduated past being that “weird black kid” that rode around on a skateboard. He tried to get attention by making people laugh, but he always ended up being the butt of the joke. He wrote songs for girls to get them to like him, but got no love.

Sabac

Sabac Red is a former member of the <a href="http://www.last.fm/tag/underground%20hip-hop" class="bbcode_tag" rel="tag">underground hip-hop</a> group <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Non+Phixion" class="bbcode_artist">Non Phixion</a>, born in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. His family moved to Brooklyn, NY when he was 4 years old. Sabac began his journey into hip-hop as a b-boy and aspiring graffiti artist. At the age of 12 Sabac began exploring the art of emceeing. He would listen to the mix shows and memorize other MCs' lyrics. He would then make parodies of the song's using his own lyrics. Sabac would perform at block parties, school talent shows and anywhere there was music and a mic constantly battling other MCs and nurturing his craft.

Chino XL

Chino XL (born Derek Barbosa, April 8, 1971, in The Bronx, New York but raised in East Orange, New Jersey) is a rapper well respected among hip hop enthusiasts for his battling abilities. He is notorious for his usage of self-consciously over-the-top punchlines (which usually take the form of puns or similes) and for his exaggerated egotism. He is also well known to many for a brief feud with Tupac Shakur.

William Braunstein (born 1972), better known as ILL BILL, is a political minded MC from Brooklyn, New York. He is also a producer, and the man behind Uncle Howie Records. Brisbane favourite Unda Dwella is a solo rapper who's been a watcher and then active part of the Brisbane movement for over 10 years. A lover of rap since the moment he saw 'Beat Street' for the first time in grade 2 he's been obsessed ever since. Unda Dwella's stage presence and live performances have won him many supporters as well as being a strong supporter himself off the mic.
