THREE DIRT MEN WITH THREE DRUMS Y THREE GUITARS. THE WORLD ONLY TRIPLE ONE-MAN-BAND-BAND. “Their valiant musical stylings were combined with an assertive masculinity that had everyone bopping and drooling at their cheeky bad-boy appeal: what else would you expect of a group called Puta Madre Brothers? Half traditional mariachi band, half laughing lunatics,!“ -FasterLouder.com.au “The Puta Madre Brothers are a phenomenal live band, you would swear that they were a five piece.
The solo project of Kody Nielson, formerly of The Mint Chicks.
The Black Lips are a self-described "flower punk" band which formed in Atlanta, Georgia, United States in 2000. While still teenagers, they formed after guitarist Cole Alexander and bassist Jared Swilley left the Renegades, and guitarist Ben Eberbaugh left the Reruns. Drummer Joe Bradley joined a few months later. They released their first 7" in late 2001/early 2002 on their own Die Slaughterhaus label.

There is more than one artist with this name: One is a 70's punk/garagerock band fronted by Jeff "Mono Man" Connolly, who would later go on to form <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Lyres" class="bbcode_artist">Lyres</a>. The other is a collaboration between dubstep producers <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Digital+Mystikz" class="bbcode_artist">Digital Mystikz</a> and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Loefah" class="bbcode_artist">Loefah</a>, and refers to a label, a club night and sometimes individual tracks.
Hip shakin’ sun soaked bearded garage surf rock, washed up with a fresh love for whiskey wisdoms and one night stands. These romping dead beats are all about getting people off there seats, with shimmy sounds, just hanging to get stomped to the ground. ‘no shirt no shoes no worries’
John Dwyer (of Coachwhips, Pink & Brown, Landed, Yikes, Burmese, The Hospitals, Sword & Sandals, Superpit, The Drums, The Trawgs, Zeigenbock Kopf and Dig That Body Up It's Alive!) is in Thee Oh Sees and he seems to be making this band the most serious project. He's done everything from noise to death metal to punk and now Thee Oh Sees. Thee Oh Sees are no doubt the lightest of his excursions, but in contrast to the rest of his resume one could surmise that there are significant reasons for the change.
