The Prodigy are an English electronic music group formed by Liam Howlett in 1990, in Braintree, Essex, England. They have sold over 20 million records worldwide, which is virtually unequalled in dance music history. Their music consists of various styles ranging from rave and breakbeat hardcore in the early 90s to alternative rock and big beat with punk vocal elements in later times. The current band members include Liam Howlett (composer/keyboards), Keith Flint (dancer/vocalist) and Maxim (MC/vocalist).

Pretty Lights, real name Derek Vincent Smith, is an electronic music artist from Colorado. Since July 2010, Adam Deitch has assisted during live performances. The name comes from a Pink Floyd poster that read "Come and watch the pretty lights!" Smith's music is the byproduct of digital sampling and crosses many genres, forming a combination of "glitchy hip-hop beats, buzzing synth lines, and vintage funk and soul samples."

Her parents ran a cinema (and still do) and Ingrid grew up watching movies which she says were a major influence on her decision to become a singer. Films sparked her imagination and fuelled her ambition to communicate strong emotions to as many people as possible.
