With sound histories in the musical realm, brothers Joshua (voice) and Ben (synths) manifest digital and analogue ideas; one part divine inspiration, one part machine translation. Soulwax, headed by David and Stephen Dewaele, is an alternative rock band hailing from Ghent, Belgium. Even though the Dewaele Brothers have released several major albums under this moniker, including Leave the Story Untold (1996), Much Against Everyone's Advice (1999) and Any Minute Now (2004), the two are perhaps best known for their influential contributions to the bastard pop genre under the names Flying Dewaele Brothers and 2 Many DJ's and the landmark record As Heard on Radio Soulwax, Pt. 2.

Atomic Hooligan are a breaks duo from London. You Are Here, their debut album, was released in 2005. The two are also well known for their remixes. Matt Welch is a classically trained violinist since the age of 4 and holds a Masters in Music. The other Hooligan and Turntabelist / DJ extraordinaire Terry Ryan is a graduate of the School of Audio engineering and has been spinning the decks since he discovered body hair.
