Originally from Melbourne, Chelsea studied Theatre and Performance at Monash University. Whilst at Monash she completed a secondment with GHOST THE MUSICAL, Ambassador Theatre Group (2016), Assistant Stage Managed COMPANY, Watch This Productions (2016), and UPRISING, Malthouse Theatre (2016), as well as directing a performance of SPEAKING IN TONGUES, Monash University (2016).
Since coming to Canberra Chelsea has returned to the stage, receiving a Canberra Area Theatre (CAT) Award for "Best Actress in a Featured Role in a Musical" for her performance as Martha Dunnstock and Pauline Fleming in HEATHERS THE MUSICAL, Dramatic Productions (2018). She has also appeared as Trish in KINKY BOOTS THE MUSICAL, Free-Rain Productions (2019), and ensemble in THE FULL MONTY, Supa Productions (2019), JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, Canberra Philharmonic Society (2018) and STRICTLY BALLROOM THE MUSICAL, Canberra Philharmonic Society (2017).
In 2021 Chelsea can be seen as Hattie in Queanbeyan Players KISS ME KATE and Rizzo in Canberra Philharmonic Society's GREASE THE MUSICAL.
