Skirmish, the bulldozer of heavy metal, was founded 2005 in Kajaani, Finland. Their upcoming debut album, "Through the Abacinated Eyes" will be released by legendary Violent Journey Records. The album has been recorded, mixed and mastered in D-Studio, Finland by Jarno Hänninen. Based on past releases, people have tried to chain Skirmish inside genre limits, such as death or thrash metal, but the bands driving force has been to stay outside of categories and to rather make good music in a tight leaning position.

His debut EP ‘Capitulation’ was released in March 2009 and his sophomore EP 'Hyperspace Clearance' will be released through MGM Distribution in September 2010. Armed with a handful of new songs, Dan returned to Melbourne’s Sing Sing Recording Studios to self-produce the four-track ‘Hyperspace Clearance’ in April 2010.

There are multiple artists with this name: 1) A Japanese artist. 2) Lumiere is an Irish group consisting of two fine female voices, Éilís Kennedy and Pauline Scanlon. Both of them come from the small Kerry town of Dingle. Their sound recalls very early Joan Baez - just perfectly tuned voice with acoustic instruments. On their 2010 album, Lumiere, they sing seven songs in English - all in the Irish tradition - and four in Irish Gaelic.
