Wagons

Wagons is an alt country band formed in Melbourne, Australia in 2000. Wagons was initially introduced as the banner under which charismatic singer, guitarist and songwriter Henry Wagons performed his skewed take on country music. Initially accompanied just by drummer and percussionist Mark 'Tuckerbag' Dawson, over time Wagons swelled to include guitarist Richard Blazé, bassist and backing vocalist Steve 'Harmony' Hassett (also an occasional co-songwriter), drummer and washboardist Si 'the Philanthropist' Francis, and most recently keyboardist Matty 'Soft Moods' Hassett.

Deja Entendu

It's been just over a year since Deja Entendu released their debut EP 'Skeletons'. After playing a slew of shows in the middle of the year the band spent the later half of 2009 in an enforced lockdown - deciding to work only on songs for their forthcoming album. When the chords and melodies were finally penned it became clear there was only one solution to their lofty sonic ambitions - to build a studio.

Mojo Juju & the Snake Oil Merchants

Straight out of Newcastle NSW Australia we have Mojo Juju and the Snake Oil Merchants. Think Humanwine, Dresden Dolls, Rasputina all put together with a bit of a "Gypsy its a full moon tonight twist." Every note that comes out of the assortment of instruments is beautiful, banjo, bass, harmonica, and accordion just to name a few. The lead singer has a jazzy bluesy sultry voice that effortlessly resonates through the slew of instruments. They are an experience everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy.

Red Riders

Red Riders are a four piece band from Sydney, Australia. They play an angular indie sort of music, and have released their first album, Replica Replica, to much critical acclaim. They also have 3 other EP's released including Self-Titled, The Plan A and Slide In Next To Me EP. The single 'Slide In Next To Me' received much airplay on Triple J and was voted number 96 in the 2006 Hottest 100.

Since their formation in late 2008 the band focused on spending 2009 to rehearse and record their first EP. This attempt by the band has proved promising as 2010 has seen the youthful five-piece; Sign a deal with New Justice Records to support the release of their debut EP “We’re Not Alone” in April to most recently supporting Switchfoot (US), Senses Fail (US), MM9 (AUS), 28 DAYS (AUS), Snob Scrilla (AUS) and also an intimate acoustic set with MXPX’s Mike Herrera on their respective Sydney shows.

Captain Cleanoff

Captain Cleanoff is a complete grind holocaust. The band formed in the South Australian town of Mt Gambier in 1996 with Christian Dicer on drums before moving to Adelaide sometime afterward. Heath Twigden replaced Dicer in 1997. When early bassist Michael Slottagraf left the band, Johnson played bass until White joined the fold. Murray replaced Twigden in 2001. Captain Cleanoff played at Metal for the Brain in 2003.
