Dead Letter Circus is a four-piece music group from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The Currency are born of a proud lineage of convicts, bushrangers, stowaways and scoundrels. Combining punk rock and roll with celtic folk, these lads and lasses take up where legendary bands like 'Weddings Parties Anything' and 'Midnight Oil' left off by reviving the colonial folk ballad tradition. It's a rollicking seven piece orchestra that combines folk instruments with a fire cracker punk rhythm section. Fiddle, accordion, tin whistle, mandolin, acoustic and electric guitar play a mix of of jigs and reels, waltzes, oz rock and punk that keeps the crowd dancing like crazy dingoes.

Pete Murray is an Australian singer-songwriter whose second album Feeler released on 21 July 2003 went to number one on the Australian charts on 29 March 2004 and has so far achieved six time platinum status. The third single "So Beautiful" has made the Australian top ten in the singles charts in 2004. Pete Murray was also nominated for two ARIA awards in 2003. In 2005 he released the album See The Sun with the lead track "Better Days", followed shortly after by "Class A" and most recently "Opportunity."
Biography
The band first started in 2008 as a creative release and refreshing change for lead vocalist Jayme van Keulen-Brain along with Alex Marsden, Mike Lynch and Joel Williamson. Starting out as 'Burning Ships' and playing a small amounts of shows, a realization that this was a great thing was made, the fat was trimmed and dedication was tested. As time progressed the band grew into something more than a side project.
Saltwater Band are a group of 8 Yolngu Artists from Elcho Island in Arnhem Land, Northern Territory, Australia. The band is headed by the experience and undeniable talent of singer/songwriter Gurrumul Geoffrey Yunipingu, a longstanding member of internationally acclaimed band Yothu Yindi.
Carus Thompson is the vocalist, guitarist and songwriter of the Australian reggae band Carus and The True Believers. Carus was born in Fremantle, Australia in 1976. He developed a taste for music at a young age and began playing musical instruments at 12 years of age. By the time he turned 18 Carus was making a living out of performing and so he began the band, Carus and The True Believers. Carus describes his music as being a mix of roots, folk, reggae, and funk, though in a recent interview pointed out he would like his music to be known mainly as "Australian.
Fading Hour is emerging as one of the most promising young bands to hit the Australian music scene. Their sound is dynamic, distinct and lucid, showing influences by everyone from Incubus, Tool, Dredg and Porcupine Tree to likes of Chevelle, Disturbed and The Deftones. Their music is an amalgamation of genres which can best be described as progressive melodic and heavy rock. The Melbourne four piece originally formed back in 2005, when guitarist Peter and drummer Shannon teamed up with Michael on vocals and Jono on bass.
