The Abyss was a Black Metal side-project formed in 1994 by the members of Swedish Death Metal band Hypocrisy. They recorded two full-lengths, The Other Side in 1995 and Summon The Beast in 1997.

Improvising duo from Canberra, Australia featuring Shoeb Ahmad and Evan Dorrian. Their sound is rooted in free jazz and micro-sound as well as bands like Fugazi and The Ex, utilising loops and processed melodies to build their songforms from. On any given night, they can work their pieces into ambient passages or post-punk riots. They have toured Australia, Malaysia and Singapore, playing shows with the likes of Adrian Klumpes, My Disco, Cleptoclectics, Akta Angkasa and many others.
The Swedish <a href="http://www.last.fm/tag/death%20metal" class="bbcode_tag" rel="tag">death metal</a> band Hypocrisy was formed by <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Peter+T%C3%A4gtgren" class="bbcode_artist">Peter Tägtgren</a> in 1990 upon his return to Sweden from Florida, where he had been inspired by that state's flourishing death metal scene (bands like <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Morbid+Angel" class="bbcode_artist">Morbid Angel</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Deicide" class="bbcode_artist">Deicide</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Death" class="bbcode_artist">Death</a> and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Obituary" class="bbcode_artist">Obituary</a>). Hypocrisy's first demo was recorded entirely by Tägtgren himself; once it secured him a record deal, he recruited a lineup of <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Masse+Broberg" class="bbcode_artist">Masse Broberg</a> (Vocals), <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Jonas+%C3%96sterberg" class="bbcode_artist">Jonas Österberg</a> (Guitar), <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Mikael+Hedlund" class="bbcode_artist">Mikael Hedlund</a> (Bass) and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Lars+Sz%C3%B6ke" class="bbcode_artist">Lars Szöke</a> (Drums), while he himself settled on guitar.
There are three bands with the name Lowrider. 1) Lowrider is a swedish stoner rock band, formed in the mid-1990s by bassist/singer Peder Bergstrand and lead guitarist/singer Ole Hellquist, along with guitarist Niclas Stalfors and drummer Andreas Eriksson. Lowrider released the Nebula/Lowrider Double EP in 1999 together with ambassadors of psychedelic stoner rock, Nebula, who had just come into existence after their members departed from Fu Manchu.
Raised Fist is a Swedish hardcore band formed in 1993, Luleå, Sweden. The name "Raised Fist" came as an idea from the Rage Against the Machine song "Know Your Enemy", where part of the lyrics are as follows: "Born with an insight and a raised fist..." With influences rooted firmly among bands as Gorilla Biscuits,Youth Of Today and Wide Awake the band started out as firm believers in the old school style.
Summer Camp are London based duo Jeremy Warmsley and Elizabeth Sankey. Their first single, Ghost Train, backed with Montgomery Avenue 1984, was released on Moshi Moshi as part of their Singles Club in April 2010. In September 2010, Summer Camp will release an EP and a single: Young, the EP, features Round the Moon, Was It Worth It, Veronica Sawyer, Why Don't You Stay, Ghost Train and Jake Ryan, incorrectly listed as "Jakey Ryan" on advance copies of the single. All original demos were remastered by Ash Workman. The band will release Round the Moon as a 7" single, backed with It's Summer.
The Hives are a garage rock band from Fagersta, Sweden that emerged in the US and the UK in the early 2000s, but existed for nearly a decade before that, playing punk rock. The Hives are:

There are more artists that have the name Outsiders. 1. The Outsiders were an American rock and roll group from Cleveland, Ohio, that was founded and led by guitarist Tom King. The band is best known for its Top 5 hit "Time Won't Let Me" in early 1966, which peaked at #5 in the US, but the band had three other hit singles in 1966 and released a total of four albums in the mid-1960s.

Nasum was a grindcore band from Örebro, Sweden. The band was formed during the later part of 1992 by Anders Jakobson (guitar) and Rickard Alriksson (drums/vocals) as a sideproject to the death metal band Necrony. The idea was to create true grindcore in the vein of old Napalm Death. Spring 1993: Necrony's homelabel, German Poserslaughter Records offered Nasum to share a 7" EP with Australian goregrinders Blood Duster. Nasum accepted the offer, but in time the record turned out to be a Nasum/Agathocles split-7" EP.
Watain is a Swedish black metal band, formed in Uppsala, Sweden in 1998. The name is taken from a recording by the American black metal group Von. Their first release was the 7" EP "The Essence of Black Purity" on Swedish Grimrune Productions, recorded in Necromorbus Studios 1999. The French black metal label Drakkar Productions offered Watain a deal for two full length albums, and the debut album "Rabid Death's Curse" was released in 2000. After the release, Watain toured and performed alongside bands such as Rotting Christ, Antaeus, Dark Funeral, Malign etc.
