SCUL HAZZARDs are a guitar based noise rock band from Brisbane, Australia. They make aggressive deconstructionist rock sometimes within pop structures, but often through acting counter to these sensibilities their most unique work is created. Regardless of what path their song writing takes they create dense songs that are complex yet accessible. Lee Ranaldo

Lee M. Ranaldo (born February 3, 1956) is an American singer, guitarist, writer, record producer, and visual artist, probably best known as a co-founder of the rock band Sonic Youth. Ranaldo was born in Glen Cove, Long Island, New York, and graduated from Binghamton University. He has three sons, Cody Linn Ranaldo, Sage Ranaldo and Frey Ranaldo and is married to the experimental artist Leah Singer, with whom he has performed many live installation pieces with improvised music.

HEALTH

There are two bands with the name 'Health': 1. HEALTH is an noise rock band consisting of four members including Benjamin Jared Miller, Jake Duzsik, John Famiglietti, and Jupiter Keyes. All are from different cities including Seattle, San Diego, and their current home base, Los Angeles. HEALTH have released: 'HEALTH' (2007), 'Disco' (2008), 'Get Color' (2009) and '::Disco2' (2010). HEALTH plan to tour continuously doing what they love and do best, make eccentric and original music.

Future of the Left

Future of the Left is an alternative rock band formed in 2005 in Cardiff, Wales. The initial line-up brought together former mclusky singer/guitarist Andrew Falkous (aka Falco) and drummer Jack Egglestone with former Jarcrew guitarist Kelson Mathias and bassist Hywel Evans. Evans soon left to start his own group, so Mathias took up the bass, and after initial gigs under a variety of tongue-in-cheek pseudonyms the remaining trio debuted as Future Of The Left in September 2006.

Millions guitarists Scott Flaster and Corey Lyons are quarreling musical twins whose differences set the tension on which Millions' sound is based. Flaster and Lyons' dueling guitars create a codependent relationship of angst and grandeur - the neurotic impatience of Black Flag scraping up against the anthemic melodies of King Crimson.

The Death Set

The Death Set (also spelled TheDeathSet or The DeathSet) is a music group formed in 2005 in Sydney, Australia by Johnny Siera and Beau Velasco. Six months after its inception the band moved to the East Coast of the United States, spending most of its time in Brooklyn, Baltimore and Philadelphia where the band found an audience for its style of spastic, cross genre punk rock. All members currently live in Brooklyn, where the band is based.

Crab Smasher

Crab Smasher are a Newcastle, Australia based group of improvisational sound sharks crafting a frenzied hodgepodge of weirdo psychedelic noise rock and experimental pop delicious. The band formed in 2002 as a cheesy electronic novelty noise act and have since mutated through a number of confusing formations into the sellout rock-and-roll hydra that exists today. The lineup currently consists of Grant Hunter, Nicholas French, Marnie Vaughn, and Nathan Martin.

Black Dice

Black Dice are an experimental group based in Brooklyn. They formed in Providence, Rhode Island, United States in 1997, comprising members Bjorn Copeland (guitar), Hisham Bharoocha (drums) (following a short drumming stint by Lightning Bolt's Brian Chippendale), Sebastian Blanck (bass) and Eric Copeland (vocals). After the band relocated to new york City, Sebastian Blanck left and was replaced by Aaron Warren. Hisham Bharoocha had previously sung for Lightning Bolt and is currently working on other projects, but he left the band too and is now working as a solo musician Soft Circle.

Nisennenmondai

Nisennenmondai (にせんねんもんだい) are three girls from Tokyo, Japan : Himeno Sayaka (drums), Zaikawa Yuri (bass) and Takada Masako (guitar). Formed in 1999, the name refers to the "Year 2000 Computer Bug". The girls compose mostly instrumental tracks. Nisennenmondai has become favorites of the Tokyo noise underground thanks to performing their live shows with a healthy doses of intensity. www.nisennenmondai.com
