Gathering one dark winters day, Bedroom Scientist was recorded in a single session to a soviet era 8 track tape machine by the enigmatic Henry Jenkins in the same decrepit attic that spawned records by The Cactus Channel and Karate Boogaloo. This, Hallowed Horn’s first EP, “Bedroom Scientist” features four tracks, one original and three covers ("1 thing" by Amarie, Portishead’s “Wandering Star” and “War Pigs” from Black Sabbath), and can be best summarised as funk, dark and groovy. The sole original track “Bedroom Scientist” is almost assuredly a cut down of a go-to live track designed to get heads nodding and dance-floors bumping.
