Avenged Sevenfold is a band from Huntington Beach, California, United States. They started out as a metalcore band, but have since moved towards hard rock. The band was formed in 1999. Avenged Sevenfold's first album, Sounding the Seventh Trumpet, was recorded when the band members were eighteen years old. It was originally released on their first label, Good Life Recordings. After lead guitarist Synyster Gates (also known by Brian Haner Jr.) joined the band, the introductory track "To End The Rapture" was re-recorded with Gates playing, and the album was re-released on Hopeless Records.

Cold Youth are a Wollongong, Australia-based hardcore band fronted by former Discharging Sanity and The Somme drummer Tim Waters. The band also consists of guitarists Thomas Sigal and Mitch Chambers, bassist Nick Walker (also formerly of The Somme) and drummer Jake Leishman. The band formed in November of 2011, and have spent the majority of 2012 touring prolifically across New South Wales. They have released one EP, Wanderer, in May 2012.

Three piece Metal band from Melbourne Australia. In 1999 they released their EP "Finally" in 2001. They have toured with Stone Sour, Machine Head, Mayhem and Destruction. Performed at Metal for the Brain and have appeared on JTV and Triple J's Full Metal Racket. Their debut album "The Meaning Unseen", released in 2005, was mixed by the famed and respected Fredrik Nordstrom in Sweden. Their melodic death metal style is a mix of the US and Gothenburg sounds with some clean vocals and both chugging riffs and the melodic riffs with good hooks.
