Leatherface

There is more than one artist with this name, a British punk band and a New Zealand thrash band. 1) Named after the The Texas Chainsaw Massacre villain, Leatherface is a relatively obscure but critically acclaimed British punk band from Sunderland fronted by Frankie Stubbs. Formed in August 1988, they have released eight full-length albums so far. Their music has been described as a cross between Hüsker Dü and Motörhead, a notable element being Stubbs' rasping, "gravelly" vocals. The lyrics of the band often feature far-fetched similes, metaphors, wordplay and obscure allusions.

There are more than one artist with the name Carry Nation. 1) "Brisbane has given birth to a soulful and fresh talent, who titles herself "Carry Nation". Nation offers her audience a piece of her mind, and for thirty or so minutes the room is transformed. Although she has only been apart of the scene for 9 months Nation has played all the main stages of the valley district, and scored a record deal with indie label "Television Records". Rise Against

Rise Against is a punk rock band from Chicago, Illinois. Formed in 1999, and originally performing under the name Transistor Revolt, they released a self-produced demo entitled Transistor Revolt in 2000, a year before signing with Fat Wreck Chords to release their first two albums, The Unraveling in 2001, and Revolutions Per Minute in 2003. They later switched to Dreamworks Records and recorded their album Siren Song of the Counter Culture.
