Guilty Simpson

Guilty Simpson is an MC from the hailed hip-hop scene of Detroit. Guilty was introduced to many through J Dilla who first included him on "Strapped" from Jaylib's "Champion Sound" LP. Since then, Guilty has risen higher and higher in Hip-Hop's collective conscience alongside peers like Black Milk, Phat Kat, Ta'raach and Frank-N-Dank. Originally to release an all-Dilla produced LP entitled "The Verdict", it was shelved for reasons that were not entirely clear.

Egon

There are at least four different artists with the name Egon. One of them is the band Egon from Malmö, Sweden. The band plays music that they describe as a mix between fulpop ("ugly pop") and dumsynth ("stupid synth"). Egon released their first album Den Nya Kulan in 2003. The second Egon is the general manager of <a href="http://www.last.fm/label/Stones+Throw" class="bbcode_label">Stones Throw</a> Records. Beginning in 2000 he has overseen the business of the label as well as producing, among others, Stones Throw's The Funky 16 Corners, Stark Reality, and The Third Unheard reissues.

Dub Pistols

Dub Pistols are a London dub music band, founded by ex-club promoter Barry Ashworth in 1996. The other members of the band are record producer Lee Spencer, guitarist John King, bassist Jason O'Bryan, programmer Bill Borez and turntablist Malcolm Wax. Dub Pistols use a mix of big-beat techno crossed with a punk-rock attitude. The Dub Pistols were formed in late 1996, their debut album 'Point Blank' was released in '98 after they were signed to Concrete Records. The follow up album 'Six Million ways to Live' was released during 2003 and showed a change in the groups musical direction.

Hail Mary Mallon

Hail Mary Mallon is a hip-hop group formed in 2009 by Definitive Jux rapper/producers Aesop Rock and Rob Sonic and DJ Big Wiz. Their first officially released track, "D-Up", was featured on the 2009 compilation Def Jux Presents... Vol. 4. Their debut album 'Are You Going To Eat That', was released on the 3rd of May 2011. Their name refers to Mary Mallon or "Typhoid Mary", the first known healthy carrier of typhoid fever in the United States, who infected 53 people with the disease as she continued to work as a cook while denying she had it.

Zeus

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) ZEUS was founded in 2003 by singer/actor/presenter/comedian Jeroen van Koningsbrugge, drummer Paul Jansen and guitarist Roy Jansen. Soon after, bass player Bob Gerritsen completed the band. The objective was clear and simple: to make heavy, groovy rock music the way it was meant since 1969. Influenced by Black Label Society, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Karma to Burn, Transport League, Goatsnake and the wave of nineties grunge and stoner, ZEUS developed their sound. O'Shea Jackson (born June 15, 1969 in South Central Los Angeles, California) is an American rapper, actor, producer and film director known for being a member of the controversial rap group N.W.A. In recent years, Ice Cube's acting career has overshadowed his career in music. He released his solo debut album, AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted in 1990 to critical and commercial success, although upon its release he was accused of racism and misogyny.

Tag Team was a miami bass duo of DC the Brain Supreme (Cecil Glenn) and Steve Roll'n (Steve Gibson) from Florida, USA, best known for their 1993 hit "Whoomp! (There It Is)". They released two albums, 1993's Whoomp! (There it is), and 1995's Audio Entertainment. In 2000 a Tag Team grestest hits CD was released.
