Happy Camper

(1) Happy Camper is a Dutch music project founded by Job Roggeveen from El Pino and the Volunteers. He began with the idea for the project three years ago. Their debut album is planned to come out in the first week of January 2011. For the different songs Job Roggeveen asked many different vocalists including: Tim Knol, Leine, David Pino & Appel (El Pino & The Volunteers), Janne Schra (Schradinova), Ricky Koole, Johannes Sigmond (Blaudzun), Marien Dorleijn (Moss), Helge Slikker (storybox), Bouke Zoete (The Kevin Costners) and Odilo Girod (Chop Wood / Coparck).

There are at least 6 bands of this name: 1) Avenger is a Czech black/death band from Volyně (Czech Republic) formed in 1992 by Petr Rámus Mecák. They were formerly known as <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Astaroth" class="bbcode_artist">Astaroth</a> and currently have a side-project called <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Black+Rain" class="bbcode_artist">Black Rain</a>. Hellbringer (formery Forgery) is a thrash/speed metal band from Canberra, Australia. Formed in 2007 while its members were still at school together, the band takes influence from classic bands such as: Sodom, Destruction, Venom, Onslaught, Whiplash, early Kreator and many more. From their formation they were originally known as Forgery, although since early 2010 had changed the band name to Hellbringer.

Overkill is an American thrash metal band formed in 1980 in New Jersey. The band has been active since 1984, releasing 16 studio albums, 2 EPs, 2 live albums and a "covers" album. The band also has a notable mascot (named Chaly), a skeletal bat with a skull-like face, bony wings, and green eyes. It has appeared on most of their album covers. Overkill has gone through many line-up changes, with singer Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth and bassist D.D. Verni remaining the only consistent members. Along with Anthrax the band is one of the most successful East coast thrash metal bands.

Blind Guardian

Blind Guardian is a german speed metal/power metal band from Krefeld, Germany. They are credited as being among the most influential artists of the genre. While early Blind Guardian belongs to speed metal style, in later releases the band has moved towards epic power metal. Blind Guardian was founded in 1984 by André Olbrich (guitar), Hansi Kürsch (vocals, bass), Marcus Siepen (guitar) and Thomen Stauch (drums), (left the band in 2005, replaced by Frederik Ehmke).
