The Ghost Inside

The Ghost Inside is a melodic hardcore/metalcore band from South Bay, California. Their first release of "Now Or Never" on Mediaskare Records in 2006 was under their old name "A Dying Dream". With the name change occurring at the start of 2007, The Ghost Inside began to make their mark on the hardcore scene. April 15th 2008 marked the date when they released their debut full-length record titled "Fury and the Fallen Ones"

Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows

D.R.U.G.S. (Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows) is a post-hardcore band created by Craig Owens in 2010 after his departure from Chiodos in 2009. The lineup consists of vocalist Craig Owens (Chiodos, Cinematic Sunrise, Isles & Glaciers), vocalist/guitarist Matt Good (From First to Last), vocalist/guitarist Nick Martin (Underminded, Cinematic Sunrise, Isles & Glaciers), drummer Aaron Stern (Matchbook Romance), and bassist Adam Russell (Story of the Year). D.R.U.G.S. is signed to Decaydance Records. Their self-titled album, D.R.U.G.S., was released on February 22, 2011.

Intentions

There are at least three artists using this name: 1. A three-piece post-hardcore band from Sydney, Australia, formed in mid-2008, taking inspiration from Fugazi, Gang Of Four, Ohana, To The North and Steve Reich. They are three people living in Sydney who argue amongst themselves about what genre they are (indie punk?), but who also make music that is angular, unadorned, catchy, contemplative and incisive. Various perspectives on Intentions' music: "a great raw mix of emotional uncertainty, loose math-rock rhythms and a whirlwind of furious energy... brilliant stuff"

A Death In The Family

Forming in Melbourne (Australia) in mid-2004. A DEATH IN THE FAMILY play unique blend of sonic rock & melody driven punk inspired by bands like Leatherface, Husker Du and Hot Water Music. After releasing a 5-track demo EP (now out of print) in Dec 2004, ADITF have spent the past 12 months playing alongside bands such as Blueline Medic, The Nation Blue, Ted Leo (USA), The Explosion (USA), Bodyjar, Sommerset (NZ), Away From Now and were lucky enough to support Leatherface (UK) on their first Australian tour in mid-2005.

THE GETAWAY PLAN

The Getaway Plan is an alternative rock band from Melbourne, Australia, formed in 2004.

Currently comprising of vocalist/guitarist Matthew Wright, guitarist Clint Owen Ellis (Splattering), bassist Mike Maio and drummer Dan Maio.

Their debut release was a demo in 2004. In 2006, The Getaway Plan signed to Boomtown Records and made their debut release through a label, an EP titled Hold Conversation. They found commercial success upon the release of their debut studio album Other Voices, Other Rooms, in 2008. The album peaked at #1 on the Australian Independent Records (AIR) charts and #14 on the ARIA albums chart, spending four weeks in the ARIA top fifty. On February 25th, 2009, they announced that they had split up. Their last shows were held in June.

In November, 2010, they reformed with an announcement of a new album and national tour. In April, 2011, the band headed to Canada to record their second studio album, Requiem which was released on November 4th, 2011.

On July 1st, 2013 the band announced they parted ways with original bass player Dave Anderson, and were no longer with their long time record label/management, UNFD.

On September 1st, 2014, The Getaway Plan announced their plans for their third LP, entitled Dark Horses. The band chose to avoid record labels and remain independent and set up a crowd-funding campaign through Pledgemusic. The band self recorded a 4 track EP entitled Journaux which was made available as an exclusive to pledgers. Dark Horses is set to be released on July 3rd, 2015.

City Escape

City Escape was formed in August 2007 and immediately started writing songs and hit the stage. A few months later in January 2008 they released a 4 track demo which appears on Myspace and can be downloaded for free. As the months have gone on since the demos release the 4 piece Rock/Ambient group has gone on to play a substantial number of shows across Australia and has supported acts such as: Thrice (USA), Closure in Moscow, All Time Low, Elora Danan (RIP), Craig Owens, House Vs. Hurricane, Set Your Goals and Forgiven Rival.

Since their formation in late 2008 the band focused on spending 2009 to rehearse and record their first EP. This attempt by the band has proved promising as 2010 has seen the youthful five-piece; Sign a deal with New Justice Records to support the release of their debut EP “We’re Not Alone” in April to most recently supporting Switchfoot (US), Senses Fail (US), MM9 (AUS), 28 DAYS (AUS), Snob Scrilla (AUS) and also an intimate acoustic set with MXPX’s Mike Herrera on their respective Sydney shows.
