Angels & Airwaves (also known as AvA) are an alternative rock band created by blink-182 and former Box Car Racer guitarist/vocalist Tom DeLonge. The current line-up consists of former Box Car Racer guitarist David Kennedy, former 30 Seconds To Mars Bassist Matt Wachter, who replaced Ryan Sinn in early 2007, and former Nine Inch Nails and Lostprophets drummer ILAN RUBIN, who replaced Atom Willard in fall 2011.

While touring in Ireland they discovered the audience would cheer back "Who the Fuck is Alice?". As it turns out , this was a ritual at a Café in Nijmegen (the Netherlands) called "Gompie". The group decided to "cover" this version with comedian Roy Chubby Brown having the honor of yelling "Alice, Who the Fuck is Alice?" during the chorus.
