Bomb The Bass

Bomb the Bass (formed 1987, in London, England) is the umbrella title for the output of British musician and producer, Tim Simenon. The band, which has evolved its style over the years, has been classed as electronic or dance. As a name, Bomb the Bass came from Simenon's approach to collaging and mixing sounds whilst DJing in the mid to late 1980s; he says "samples were either scratched in live or sampled and looped on top of the rhythm section.

hunz

Hunz is a three-piece electronic pop band, spearheaded by Brisbane-based electronic musician and producer, Hans Van Vliet. With a background in music programming and motion design, Hans pulls his notes out of a binary soup of ones and zeroes, hand-crafting synth patches and beats from scratch. Ramadanman

http://www.myspace.com/ramadanman David ‘Ramadanman’ hails from north London, but now lives near Bournemouth and goes to university in Leeds. He has been DJing from the age of 14, beginning with deep house and hip hop, becoming attracted to hip-hop and jungle as he grew older. Ramadanman has been interested in music all his life, and began producing by recording keyboard songs onto cassettes. After learning how to make music on computer, Ramadanman started to use his brother’s copy of Fruity Loops at around the age of 15. He has stuck with this program ever since.

Sub Focus

Nick Douwma a.k.a. Sub Focus came to the DnB scene from Guildford, UK in 2003, and broke through with a number of tracks in his first year including "Acid Test", and "X-Ray". Entirely self taught, he was noticed at first by Andy C and, in a matter of months, went from being one of many wannabe producers to becoming a permanent fixture of the award winning RAM Records family. Superpitcher

Aksel Schaufler better known by his stage name Superpitcher, is a German producer affliated with Cologne's Kompakt music label. Superpitcher made his first appearance on Kompakt's Total 2 compilation album in 2000 with the song "Shadows". In 2001, he contributed a track to Kompakt's first Speicher 12" and released Heroin, a three-track 12" with three different sounds; "Tomorrow" was later included on that year's Total 3.

Spartak

Improvising duo from Canberra, Australia featuring Shoeb Ahmad and Evan Dorrian. Their sound is rooted in free jazz and micro-sound as well as bands like Fugazi and The Ex, utilising loops and processed melodies to build their songforms from. On any given night, they can work their pieces into ambient passages or post-punk riots. They have toured Australia, Malaysia and Singapore, playing shows with the likes of Adrian Klumpes, My Disco, Cleptoclectics, Akta Angkasa and many others.

Drums Of Death

DRUMS OF DEATH A London based electronic artist originally from Scotland, his music is a blend of techno, old-school house, punk rock and electro. He is known for very energetic and exciting live shows and has said in interviews his forthcoming album is all "Love songs and rave horns". Drums Of Death worked on Peaches' recent album "I Feel Cream" and produced and co-wrote the title track as well as a 40 minute mixtape of his own remixes of several of her other songs. This was released early 2009 onto blogs by XL Recordings to build promo for Peaches' album.
