Red Riders

Red Riders are a four piece band from Sydney, Australia. They play an angular indie sort of music, and have released their first album, Replica Replica, to much critical acclaim. They also have 3 other EP's released including Self-Titled, The Plan A and Slide In Next To Me EP. The single 'Slide In Next To Me' received much airplay on Triple J and was voted number 96 in the 2006 Hottest 100.

Noiseworks

Noiseworks was an Australian rock band that formed in Sydney in 1985. The lineup of Noiseworks was Jon Stevens (lead vocals), Stuart Fraser (guitar), Steve Balbi (bass), Justin Stanley (keyboards) and Kevin Nicol (drums). Considered to be one of Australia's more successful rock bands of the late 1980s, their self-titled debut in 1987 had a series of successful singles, such as "No Lies," "Take Me Back," and "Welcome to the World.

There are at least three artists using this name: 1. A three-piece post-hardcore band from Sydney, Australia, formed in mid-2008, taking inspiration from Fugazi, Gang Of Four, Ohana, To The North and Steve Reich. They are three people living in Sydney who argue amongst themselves about what genre they are (indie punk?), but who also make music that is angular, unadorned, catchy, contemplative and incisive. Chris Arnott

Chris Arnott is an Australian songwriter, producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist based in Sydney. Arnott's first release 'Nothing So Far EP' was released February 13 2008 and was his first release. This was quickly followed by 'Far Beyond The Exits EP' on April 18 of the same year, attracting modest airplay on independent radio in Sydney with the single 'Paint By Numbers'. After extensive touring in both Australia and America, Arnott released his third EP 'Conversations' on May 3 2009.
