Bob Evans

There are three artists with the name Bob Evans. 1. Kevin Mitchell (born 1 October 1976), is a pop musician from Fremantle, Australia, most famous for his role as vocalist/guitarist for the band Jebediah. Mitchell often performs his solo work under the pseudonym of Bob Evans. He has released three albums under this name, the first being Suburban Kid, which was released in 2003. It was released on Redline Records, and was not widely available. Whilst all the tracks were written by Kevin Mitchell, one song, "The Hermit", was co-written by Luke Steele from The Sleepy Jackson.

Quiet Child

Quiet Child are a four piece alternative rock band from Adelaide, South Australia, consisting of Paul on drums, Jason on guitar, Pete on vocals and guitar and Brent on bass. Their music ranges from two minute blasts of furious riff filled rock, to long, grandiose epics propelled by major dynamic shifts and melodic and rhythmic complexities. Quiet Child released their self titled debut e.p. in early 2007.

Vince Jones

Vince Jones (born 1954) is an Australian jazz artist. He is a singer, songwriter, and trumpet/flugelhorn player. His music includes both original music and new contemporary versions of jazz standards. He attributes his love of jazz to hearing a recording of Miles Davis's Sketches of Spain when he was about 14. He taught himself to play the trumpet. Vince was born in Glasgow, Scotland and his family moved to Wollongong, Australia when he was 11 years old. He began his career as a bebop trumpet player.

Kinoath

A new Brisbane four-piece, formed originally in 2009 as Broken Silence but adopting the Kinoath moniker early 2010, they play a blend of heavy metal riffage with a catchy hard rock aesthetic. The group originally formed in halves - George Phillips (lead guitar) and Mitch Gardner (bass) having been school friends for years and in previous bands together before they filled the spots lacking in the band started by Jake Kowalonek (vocals, rhythm guitar) and Jasper Warmington (drums).

Andy Rantzen

Andrew Rantzen is a Sydney-based lo-fi electronic recording artist and writer. Trained as a psychologist, he has been lecturer and tutor at the University of Sydney. He is most well-known as part of the duo Itch-E and Scratch-E along with Paul Mac (Boo Boo & Mace is another alias for the same duo). He has produced remixes for Severed Heads, INXS and The Wiggles, and has done soundtrack work for the film Sample People. He also records with the Pelican Daughters. In 2001 he released his first solo LP, Blue Hour.
