Doctor Werewolf

Doctor Werewolf are a genre smashing, dancefloor defiling, dark'n'dirty styled club duo from Sydney, Australia. They variously describe their style as 'rave rock', 'chop shop', 'flaps out trash tunes' & acid rave glitch trip rock. They are well known in Sydney for their ballsy blend of electro, DnB, rock, rave noise, breaks and techno. Their violently loud remixes have also garnered much favour amongst DJs who pump from the heavy zone.

Look Who's Toxic

Petering out since 2002, and now mostly in their 30s, 'Toxic' as they're affectionately known to their fans have to perform under the additional strain of sore joints, disease and degenerative brain issues. They don't like doing it much either as they'd much prefer being at home in front of the television wildly hurling abuse at the stars of today. http://lookwhostoxic.com

Halal, How Are You?

Dirty garage pop music. Sounds like Big Star on Mescaline…The Birthday Party playing a set of Undertones covers. They also once played with No Age, it was rad.
Halal, How Are You? are Sydney’s answer to garage party music, where everyone can get together and rub sweat on each other whilst dancing to some real great music.

The Spoils

A band from Melbourne, Australia, playing a rock/gypsy/circus/caberet style (with lashings of folk/country) that might be likened to Mikelangelo and the Black Sea Gentlemen crossed with Nick Cave, sprinkled with a bit of Paul Kelly and Marlene Dietrich.

Artist Type:

Bloodclot Faggots

Adelaide's only true vegan straight edge band, Bloodclot Faggots will also be the city's most hated. They sound like Franz Ferdinand meets Void, practice in a barn and have recorded a demo tape that sounds like it was recorded in a trash can.
