Producer slash DJ slash musician Tommy Trash is one of the biggest names in Australian dance music. Since bursting onto the scene just three years ago, Tommy has dominated charts and dance floors alike with over 40 originals and remixes, quickly establishing himself as one of our most talented and prolific homegrown artists. Tommy’s latest single, “Need Me To Stay”, was his most successful to date, earning him an ARIA Awards nomination for Best Dance Release.

Began studying violin at age 3. First rock concert 1988 Pink Floyd. discovered Hendrix at 12, learnt the guitar and began song writing and playing in bands. Came across Kraftwerk age 16…didn’t pay much attention until later. Friend gave me a tape with tech-trance stuff in 1997. First Hardware party one month later. 1998, scholarship to Monash for Violin, didn’t like it because they wouldn’t let me use computers until 3rd year. Left, began writing my ideas on a RolandMC-505.

Sound Of Stereo interview: - Who is Sound Of Stereo?
Sound Of Stereo is 2 guys from Brussels, Belgium. We met two years ago on an internet community where we were diggin' the same music. We started talking and came to the conclusion that we lived only a few miles away from each other. I - Jochen - was already doing some production work and my partner in crime - Vincent - was already deejaying in the neighbourhood. We were both quite good at what we did, but we didn't have a way to promote ourselves. That changed when we decided to do stuff together.

Abysm was a Death/Thrash Metal band from Ottawa, Canada. Formed in 2007, they had a very brief lifespan, but managed to release one official recording, simply entitled "Demo 2007" and a rehearsal. Only ten copies were initially pressed, hand-numbered 1-10, but more were pressed later. Due to unfavorable circumstances involving members' absences from each other, the band finally decided to call it quits on December 25th, 2008. Line-up: Nathan Hartill - Vocals
