Flight Facilities is Lance Bass (US) & Richard Blackwood (UK) they met at a Holy Ghost! DJ set in New York, and immediately hit it off, sharing loves in music, literature and movies. Plans to work together were formed but they never took off until the following year when they would meet again at the secret Bang Gang Runway party. This time, real plans were formed and with help from Bang Gang head honcho Zeus Tripplemint they've started doing some mixes for some other artists such as; Bag Raiders...

Syl Johnson

Syl Johnson (b. July 1, 1936) is an American blues and soul singer and music producer. Born Sylvester Thompson in Holly Springs, Mississippi, Johnson sang and played with blues artists Magic Sam, Billy Boy Arnold, Junior Wells and Howlin' Wolf in the 1950s, before recording with Jimmy Reed for Vee-Jay in 1959. He made his solo debut that same year with Federal, a subsidiary of King Records of Cincinnati, backed by Freddie King on guitar.

The Stepkids

The Stepkids are three singer/songwriters. “A lot of what excites us about this band is this band itself,” says bassist and keyboardist Dan Edinberg. “It’s not either of us; it’s about creating an entity where the entity itself is what’s important.” As a result, every song on the Stepkids self-titled debut album is written with equal input from each member. “All three of us write and all three of us sing,” says Jeff Gitelman, who resigned from touring as Alicia Keys' guitarist to concentrate full-time on recording the Stepkids self-titled debut album.

Declan Kelly, the deejay, has been an active member of Melbourne's music community for the last 10 years. Fort Knox Five is a DJ collective out of Washington DC. Their style ranges from eclectic downbeat & hip hop, to upbeat funk and breaks. They have DJed in Russia, Germany, Greece, Spain, Hungary, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Canada. FK5 fuse live instrumentation with modern electronics to create a funk-driven sound. They've remixed Tito Puente, Louis Armstrong, Tower of Power, A Skillz and Krafty Kuts, Dynamo Productions, and Mo'Horizons. They produced four tracks on Afrika Bambaataa's album "Dark Matter" on Tommy Boy Records.

Tower Of Power

Tower of Power is a horn-based funk/soul band from Oakland, California. In the mid-1960s, 17-year-old tenor saxophonist Emilio Castillo moved from Detroit, Michigan, to Fremont, California. He started a band called the Motowns, specializing in soul music. In 1968, Castillo teamed up with baritone saxophonist Stephen "The Funky Doctor" Kupka and trumpet/trombone player Mic Gillette, moved to Oakland, and began writing original material. They changed the band's name to Tower of Power and began playing frequently in the Bay Area.
