Rolling Stone recognised her as a rising Australian star to look out for, She features on Paul Mac’s ARIA chart topper ‘It’s Not Me, It’s You”, she’s toured world wide with Urban Roots Crew Blue King Brown, she was hand picked by John Butler to play prior to his set at the 2009 East Coast Blues & Roots Festival in Byron Bay and her sound attracted an invitation to support Texan blues singer Ruthie Foster on her Australian tour in 2009. Currently creating waves of excitement with her recent foyer into the live Australian music scene as an incredible artist to look out for.

the Native Cats

The Native Cats are a duo based in Hobart, Tasmania consisting of Julian Teakle (ex-Frustrations and Bad Luck Charms) on bass and Peter Escott on vocals, both program backing music.
The Native Cats frequently gig in Hobart and tour regularly to Melbourne. Escott's distinctive tenor and Teakle's punk credentials lend the band a musical distinctiveness that brought them to the attention of NME in March 2009 who singled them out as a band to keep an eye on.

Airport

There are at least 4 bands with the name "Airport". The first 2 are an alternative punk trio formed in 2001, in Japan (<a href="http://www.airport-net.com/" rel="nofollow">http://www.airport-net.com/</a>), and a Ukrainian electronic band. The last 2 "Airport" are side-projects with Tony Barber, the other with Aaron Corbett. Tony Barber joined the Buzzcocks in 1993, becoming their bass player, just in time for their latest european tour. He has made a side project throughout, called Airport.

Moth

There are three (3) artists by the name Moth. (1) MOTH was formed in a Cincinnati, OH garage in the early 90s by frontman and tune-smith Brad Stenz with guitarist "The Billionaire" joining shortly thereafter. Drummer Kevin Hogle made his appearance with the band shortly after Virgin Records fall-out and bassist Eli White followed in tow. The band has released five full length records including a major label release on Virgin records. They have also done live performances on Craig Kilborne, AOL, and Chicago's Man Cow Show, numerous national tours and a UK tour.

The Bats

There are at least three artists called The Bats: Approaching a quarter century of recording and performing, Christchurch, New Zealand's The Bats have survived seven albums and five world tours with the original line-up of Kaye Woodward, Malcolm Grant, Paul Kean and Robert Scott intact. With a sound at the jangle/indie end of the pop spectrum, the band made significant headway in the States in the 80s alongside Flying Nun label-mates The Chills and The Clean. The 90s saw tours of the US and Europe, supporting the likes of Radiohead, Belly, and R.

White Rabbits

White Rabbits come to New York via the arid plains of the Mid West. For their first record, they managed to catch the attention of Say Hey Records and producer Chris Zane (Shy Child, Asobi Seksu, Les Savy Fav). Their second album, "It's Frightening," was produced by Britt Daniel (Spoon). Lead by dual vocalists, Greg Roberts (Guitar / Vox) and Steve Patterson (Piano / Vox), the 6 piece is rounded out by Alex Even (Guitar / Vox), Brian Betancourt (Bass), Matt “The Duck” Clark (Drums) and Jamie Levinson (Drums).

Ralph. 2) Spy was a Swedish punk band. 3) Spy is a South London (UK) based, independent beatmaker, producer and engineer. 4) Spy is an alternative rockband from Copenhagen. 5) Spy is an alias of Stakka & Skynet

Otouto

Otouto is a Melbourne-based band that is centered on the music of singer and songwriter Hazel Brown . With the help of Kishore Ryan (Kid Sam, Seagull) on drums/pots and Martha Brown on vocals and keys, the trio's influence lies in salt of the earth folk tradition, the soul music of Motown and Philadelphia and those working at the edges of today's melting pot of pop, folk, electronica and hip-hop.
